Welcome to Government Office for the East Midlands Consultation Portal which was set up to allow on-line consultation for the Secretary of State’s Proposed Changes to East Midlands Regional Plan (Regional Spatial Strategy). The consultation is now closed and consideration is being given to over 2,500 comments received.
The consultation included the documents listed below. Note that the Schedule of Changes should be read first as it contains the overview of the major changes. It also lists the reasons for all the changes and includes as an appendix a schedule of replacement policies, showing how Structure Plan policies will be replaced by policies in the Regional Plan.
